Repairing your mind
Almost two years back I came across this wonderful term “Thought Repairing “ that changed my life , I came to know through my teachers that you can’t stop your thoughts but you can Repair them .So I thought that I must try it as I frequently had many useless negative thoughts going on in my head .I began playing with my thoughts and yes magic happened , my life changed a lot after that.I used my sense of humor and made things funny .Let me showcase some examples of that :
Some shitty disease thoughts
I had this
tendency to get psychological illness whenever I use to see or hear someone
suffering from a disease .For example if Mr. xyz is suffering from a heart
disease then I felt like I would suffer from the same .So, to repair this I
went into a silent room and relaxed myself with few deep breaths and said to myself that “I cannot have the same disease
because his age is different and mine is different ,his life style is different
and mine is different and if I were to get his disease then I must get his
other things too .Like I must get his bank balance too , I must get his car also🚙 , I must get his
wife👩 (who is very sexy )😁 . So, if I
practically can’t get all this then why would I get his disease .
Then the
other thought that use to disturb me up was that I would suffer from diabetes
,so to repair this I said to myself that the ones who suffer from this
disease must be storing sugar into their
bodies instead of storing it into some vessels😁 but hey I am intelligent enough
and I store it in some vessels so I can't get this disease ever .
Some shitty suicidal thoughts
When some situations use to get heavy it came to my mind to go for suicide and I repaired my mind by saying to myself that this situation is not even worth to pee how can I go for suicide (in hindi , Abe itni si baat pe to main susu bhi naa karun suicide to door ki baat hai ) 😁.
Times when I feared death
Whenever I had this thought in my mind I use to say
myself that how can I die because I am dead already ,200 years back I had a
blast in my underwear and I died to become a mummy (one of the few males to become mummy )😁 .
Confidence Problems
Then there are times when I feel O i can't do this ,I can't do that .Then I simply say to myself there is nothing which I can't do on this earth apart from delivering a baby .

My latest
repair …….
Well these
days I often get distracted by beautiful girls (on screen as well as off screen
) ,So I just say to myself “dude they are just humans like me and there is nothing special about them so why should I
pay attention to them “ and Boom !!! problem solved .
In the same manner you can repair any thought
let it be related to your professional world or personal world ,just use your sense
of humor (we all have that ).
Note - You just have to repair a thought for some days after that the repaired thought would be on Auto mode and it would automatically strike your mind when that situation would appear in front of you.
Don’t let
your thoughts play with you instead start playing with your thoughts and
ease your mind so that you can focus on what you want to do instead of focusing
on some shitty thoughts .
