Connecting with mother nature
Most of us
think that connecting with the nature means
going on a vacation to a nature
paradise that would give us a heavenly feeling NO ,it’s not like that. In fact ,you
can get a heavenly feeling where ever you are .Another point is, living
close to the nature or observing the
nature is different from nature connectivity because nature connectivity
involves feelings of love ,care for the nature .Most of us go to a nature
paradise and click photos and try to capture nature in our devices .However , if
you are really connected with the nature then there’s no need to open your digital camera all you need to do is open your eyes and feel the
nature scenery in front of you and
automatically your heart will capture it and store it in the memory
card of your mind (Having said that there’s no wrong in capturing an image .)
"As we all know our mother nature is in danger these days so it becomes pretty important for us to connect to the nature .Because we nature lovers could be the Soldiers of the mother earth and rescue it ."

find some heart warming and cute scenes of
heavenly nature . This could be watching a butterfly kissing the flowers or watching
the rays of the sun through the trees everything would enrich your heart with happiness.
Love and
friends everywhere
You wouldn’t
need to look for love and friends
because that tree would become your friend and that cute cat, you would fall
in love with it. Those singing birds would become your sisters .

Here are a few steps to deeply connect with mother nature …
*Relax
yourself with a few deep breaths
*Watch a
nature meditation video on youtube keep your eyes on the screen and just
dissolve yourself into the fine scenery.
* Do this for
few days (7-10 days) for about 10-15 mins
or more.
*After that
,download some nature images and look at one of the image which you love the
most for some time (say 1 min ) .And close your eyes and take some
deep breaths and try to imagine the image you just saw on your screen
.Try to feel the beauty of mother nature
.
* You can also meditate by playing to a meditation music( flute ,piano music ) in the background and imagine the wonderful sceneries of the nature .
* Do this for 10 days
* Do this for 10 days
Now that you are ready to connect ….
Move to a
park or a dense forest area and watch live sceneries of the nature .It could be anything ,watching and
smelling flowers ,watching cute birds take off from the ground ,watching the sunshine through the trees ,breathing with the trees ,getting your hairs caressed
by the tree leaves, sunsets or sunrise
And you can also try dancing with nature .Move to a green region full of nature and plug in your headphones with some soft music(just music no lyrics ) and along with that watch beautiful scenes of the nature in front of you and dance to the beats of the nature .
Now , you
would experience a much stronger bond with the nature than before .Keep
practicing it .
After some
time your connection would become stronger .You would feel to hug trees ,Serve
the birds ,the animals and expressing your unconditional love towards them .You would start expressing your gratitude towards the sun for the brightness it possess .You would be thankful to those lovely flowers for making your morning so cute and beautiful .So, thank them and initiate your talk with the nature as kids do .
I don't think you need more reasons to connect with the nature .So , TRY IT
